Research on the serology of beet mosaic virus

Research on the serology of beet mosaic virus

Tagungsbericht der Akademie der Landwirtschaftswissenschaften der Deutschen Demokratischen Re ik: 461-470

By using triton X-100 during virus purification antisera were produced which could be used for drop precipitation and latex tests and detection of serological affinities. No significant differences in antigenic specificity were found among 23 BMV isolates.
