A study was made of various antigens for their power to react by indirect immunofluorescent antibody reaction (IFAT) to sera from 2 pigs experimentally infected 50 and 57 days earlier with T. canis and from 33 pigs experimentally infected with A. suum. Eggs, eggs containing larvae, larvae from the livers, lungs and brains of experimentally infected mice and sections of adult T. canis were unsuitable for the diagnosis of T. canis infections.
