Residual effect of metribuzin in soils of the Londrina region

Residual effect of metribuzin in soils of the Londrina region

Resumos XIII Congresso Brasileiro de Herbicidas e Ervas Daninhas, Bahia, 1980: 101

Metribuzin was applied at rates from 0.49 to 1.96 kg/ha to two soil types: a heavy soil containing 80% clay and 3% OM and a light one containing 16% clay and 1.3% OM. Forty-five days later soil samples were taken to a depth of 10 cm, analysed by chromatography and subjected to bioassay using oats as the test crop; no residues were found.
