Best selective weed control in cocoyams (C. esculenta) at Santo Domingo was obtained with ametryne at 93.2 kg/ha and terbutryne at 2 kg/ha; the most effective mixture was terbutryne at 1.6 kg + prometryne at 1.6 kg/ha.
