Residue analysis by multi-column liquid chromatogrpahy - herbicides in cereals

Residue analysis by multi-column liquid chromatogrpahy - herbicides in cereals

Chromatographia 13(7): 408-412

Pyridate and its main metabolite 6-chloro-3-phenylpyridazin-4-ol were determined in green plants, grain and straw of wheat, oats and barley by multi-column high-pressure liquid chromatography with use of LiChrosorb Nitrile and LiChrosorb Diol columns (5 mu m and 10 mu m respectively) and 2,2,4-trimethylpentane-dioxan mixtures as mobile phase. The columns were coupled on-line, together with a UV detector and column switching and fraction-collection systems.
