Resistance and susceptibility to colour forms of the aphid Sitobion avenae in spring and winter wheats (Triticum aestivum)

Resistance and susceptibility to colour forms of the aphid Sitobion avenae in spring and winter wheats (Triticum aestivum)

Annals of Applied Biology 99(1): 87-98

Glasshouse assessments of the resistance to Sitobion avenae (F.) of 29 entries of wheat and 2 of rye were made in studies in the UK by releasing half-grown aphids on randomised plants at the stem extension phase of growth.
