Resistance of maize forms with high lignin content to stem and root rots



Byull VNII kukuruzy (4): 21-24



Resistance to lodging and rots in plants with bm1, bm2, bm3 and bm4 and their normal counterparts was studied at milk-wax ripeness, complete ripeness and 20 days after ripening. No forms immune to rots were found among those with low lignin content.
