Resistance of the Hill reaction to high temp., hydrolytic enzymes (trypsin and phospholipase A), the detergent Triton X-100 and digitonin differed in isolated chloroplasts of spring wheat Diamant and Erythrospermum 841; possible causes for the difference are discussed.
