Four structural proteins were found in highly purified particles of the densonucleosis virus of Bombyx mori (L.) which were analysed by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The molecular weight was estimated from the relative mobility and the retardation coefficient.
