The resistance of the hybrids H1, H2, H3 and H4 to all these pathogens was confirmed, with no appreciable difference between the hybrids. Galling due to M. hapla was decreased in the presence of F. oxysporum f.sp. lycopersici but M. spp. did not increase infection by the two fungi. Infection by F. oxysporum f.sp. lycopersici was increased in the presence of V. dahliae + M. spp.
