In this third part of a series on the trombiculids of Papua New Guinea, 2 further species of Guntheria taken from small mammals are described as new from the larvae, G. wrenni sp.n. (on the rodents Melomys levipes and Rattus niobe) and G. bisetosa sp.n. (on the marsupial Pseudocheirus cupreus), and a key is given to the larvae of the 32 species of Guntheria now known in Papua New Guinea.
