The brining system for the new Arvika cheese factory (see preceding 4 abstr.) was supplied by Koopmans Engineering BV, Netherlands. The 2 brining basins each hold 2 baskets, containing cheeses at 6 levels. Each level takes a complete batch of 120 cheeses, daily output being 6 batches.
