The effect of ammonia and propionic acid on the growth and aflatoxin production of Aspergillus parasiticus NRRL 5835

, : The effect of ammonia and propionic acid on the growth and aflatoxin production of Aspergillus parasiticus NRRL 5835. Philippine Phytopathology 15(2): 145-148

No growth or aflatoxin production was detected in potato dextrose broth with an initial pH of 4 and 7 with acid levels of 1.0% and upwards, and with ammonia levels of 0.2 and 0.1% and upwards for pH 7 and 9, respectively.
