Use and versatility of the immunoenzymatic ELISA procedure in the detection of different strains of an apple chlorotic leaf spot virus

Use and versatility of the immunoenzymatic ELISA procedure in the detection of different strains of an apple chlorotic leaf spot virus

Acta Phytopathologica Academiae Scientiarum Hungaricae 15: 39-45

The double antibody sandwich procedure could be used for the detection of this virus if special extraction buffers were employed. The ELISA test allowed the detection of 9 different strs., including pear ring mosaic, isolated from 13 fruit trees spp.
