A marketing perspective of dairy product quality

Product quality is briefly defined in relation to individual quality attributes, and the importance of the consumer's perception of quality is noted. Quality control is discussed in relation to milk products, and an overview is given of the manufacturing, storage, distribution and managerial factors determining quality.
