A method for measuring oxygen and carbon dioxide in soil

A method for measuring oxygen and carbon dioxide in soil

Soil Science Society of America Journal 46(6): 1345-1347

A simple rubber membrane gas sampling device is described for measuring soil oxygen and carbon dioxide levels. The O2 measurements are compared to results from the Pt electrode method and found to show similar trends when soil respiration was low.
