A method for vegetative propagation of Digitalis lanata by tissue culture

Herba Hungarica 21(1): 49-57

Aseptically germinated D. lanata seedlings, Oxford, deprived of roots, produced shoots on Nitsch and Nitsch basal medium enriched with GA + IAA + BA (each at 1 p.p.m.). The shoots were rooted on the medium enriched with 0.1 p.p.m. kinetin + 1 p.p.m. NAA and the plantlets were transferred to the basal medium without growth regulators.
