A method of measuring the direction of translocation of dissolved pesticides in planted soil

A method of measuring the direction of translocation of dissolved pesticides in planted soil

Zeitschrift fur Pflanzenernahrung und Bodenkunde 145(5): 506-509

In the method described, a single maize plant was grown in a steel mesh basket which was then surrounded by non-rooted soil in an airtight glass flask. 14C-labelled compounds were applied to either the rooted or the non-rooted soil.
