A microscopical method for estimating the number of fruit buds in apple cultivars for planning and stabilizing yields

A microscopical method for estimating the number of fruit buds in apple cultivars for planning and stabilizing yields

Gartenbau 29(11): 338-340

In 1978 and 1979, at the end of October and the beginning of November, the following year's yield was estimated by determining microscopically the proportion of fruit buds on trees of 23 apple cvs at 6 sites.
