A modified fluorometric procedure for the determination of L-tyrosine in plasma

A modified fluorometric procedure for the determination of L-tyrosine in plasma

Canadian Journal of Animal Science 62(4): 1223-1227

Tyrosine was converted with tyrosine decarboxylase (EC 4.1.1.25) to tyramine which was estimated with Ambrose's fluorimetric method (NAR 45, 3872).
