A new bovine beta -lactoglobulin

A new bovine beta -lactoglobulin

XXI International Dairy Congress Vol 1, Book 1: 63-64

An 'x' variant was detected electrophoretically in the milk of 2 Murnau-Werdenfels cows, daughters of 1 bull. The variant occurred between beta -lactoglobulins A and B.
