XXI International Dairy Congress Vol 1, Book 1: 14-15

100 kg ultrafiltrate retentate (25% DM), obtained from 500 kg pasteurized skim milk, was supplemented with 24 kg maltodextrin, 0.7 kg sodium citrate and 0.9 kg KCl, evaporated to 55% DM and spray-dried.
