A new method for investigating biological objects

A "biological chamber" made from 2 plastic sheets (6 X 6 X 0.1 cm) was sealed on 3 sides, filled with 3 ml of liquid pig manure containing helminth ova and after complete sealing was placed into the manure treatment tank installed at the Luzinskii pig complex, USSR (this installation involves the use of an electron accelerator). The efficacy of treatment was assessed by the condition of ova in the sealed plastic container and thus reduced the time needed for monitoring efficacy to 7-10 min.
