A new method of continuous processing of milk drinks

A method for continuous production of flavoured milks, involving premixing of dried ingredients and metering the desired quantities of the mixture into liquid milk with heating in a scraped-surface heat-exchanger, is described. Energy savings of 30-40% are claimed.
