Seven new cultivars of wheat were tested for adaptability to rice fields. Sowing was performed on Nov. 10-15. 'Sadovo Super' and 'Dobrudzha' were most adaptable, while the cultivars Vega, Zlatna Dolina, Zlatoklas and Slavyanka were unsuitable for cultivation of rice fields due to their lack of bushiness, susceptibility to powdery mildew and low productivity.
