From 5.5 months old for 12 months, 4 groups of 500 Hubbard Golden Comet laying hens of mean bodyweight 1950 g were given a mixed feed based on animal and vegetable meals, without or with Glairon, a chelated complex of copper, cobalt, iron, zinc, manganese and iodine, 0.05, 0.10 or 0.15%.
