Chemical control of Desiantha diversipes (Pascoe) (Curculionidae: Erirrhininae) on strawberry runners

, : Chemical control of Desiantha diversipes (Pascoe) (Curculionidae: Erirrhininae) on strawberry runners. General and Applied Entomology 14: 52-56

Insecticidal trails were carried out in the laboratory and field in New South Wales against larvae and adults of the strawberry pest Desiantha diversipes (Pasc.). In the laboratory, aldicarb, isazophos and phorate were applied in granules at 0.25-1.0 p.p.m.to soil containing larvae; there was no significant difference between treatments.
