, : Chemiluminescent determination of hydrogen peroxide in water. Journal of the Society of Dairy Technology 35(4): 147-149

The method consists essentially of injecting 1 ml sample in 0.06 s into a mixture of 1 ml 3-aminophthalhydrazide (luminol) reagent + 0.5 ml CuSO4 catalyst solution in a special phial positioned above a photomultiplier in a cabinet, as much ambient light as possible being excluded.
