The incidence of high humidity in greenhouses is detailed and the conditions and mechanisms which influence humidity levels are outlined. The effect of energy conservation on internal humidity is examined. Possible reduction in condensation heat loss which results from controlling the humidity is shown and an indication of the amounts of latent heat energy available for short term storage is given.
