High pressure liquid chromatographic analyses and physiological evaluations of hormones, phenolics, and amino acids from Glycine max L

High pressure liquid chromatographic analyses and physiological evaluations of hormones, phenolics, and amino acids from Glycine max L

Dissertation Abstracts International, B 42(6): 2170

Methods of analysing soyabean tissue for IAA, kinetin, zeatin isomers, zeatin riboside, ABA, amino acids and phenolics are described. In Davis grown in nutrient sol. culture, GA increased the relative IAA conc. at 30 deg C and decreased the amount of cis-zeatin riboside at 35 deg. At 35 deg , a growth retardant increased the relative quantity of cis-ABA. In the lower trifoliate leaves the relative amount of cis-ABA was reduced by the 2 growth retardants.
