High susceptibility to tensides as an additional marker for potential vaccine strains of salmonellae capable of multiplication

High susceptibility to tensides as an additional marker for potential vaccine strains of salmonellae capable of multiplication

Archiv fur Experimentelle Veterinarmedizin 36(5): 657-662

The capacity of vaccine strains to spread to other hosts may often be eliminated by their additional mutation for high sensitivity (hs) to tensides. Single marker and double marker vaccine strains were used to demonstrate the results of such additional mutation.
