High-performance liquid chromatography of Digitalis leaf extracts. II. Quantitative analysis

High-performance liquid chromatography of Digitalis leaf extracts. II. Quantitative analysis

Journal of Chromatography 247(2): 359-365

Chromatograms showing glycoside separations for leaf extracts of D. purpurea, D. heywoodii and D. heywoodii X D. lanata are presented, and quantitative data on the glycoside contents of three Digitalis species and three hybrids, measured by this and another method, are tabulated.
