High-pressure liquid chromatographic analysis of drug residues in honey. 2. Chloramphenicol and sulphathiazole

High-pressure liquid chromatographic analysis of drug residues in honey. 2. Chloramphenicol and sulphathiazole

Zeitschrift fur Lebensmittel Untersuchung und Forschung 174(3): 208-210

For the high pressure liquid chromatographic analysis of residues of chloramphenicol (C) and sulphathiazole (S) in honey, samples were dissolved in a mixture of 0.05 M phosphoric acid and acetonitrile and, after ultrafiltration, injected immediately. The separations were carried out using a reversed phase column with alkyl phenyl coated silica gel.
