Histo-immunogenesis in guinea pigs inoculated with Brucella abortus strain 7-26 live vaccine

Strain 7-26 is a weakly agglutinogenic strain developed by P.N. Zhovanik. Inoculated subcutaneously into guinea pigs in a dose between 10 thousand and 109 bacteria, it led to proliferation of plasma cells in lymph nodes and blast transformation of cells. This reaction lasted for at least 6 months (limit of observation).
