Host tissue reaction to different types of cestode attachment

Host tissue reaction to different types of cestode attachment

Biologiya Vnutrennykh Vod, Informatsionnyi Byulletin' (33): 45-48

The changes caused at their sites of attachment by cestodes with armed scoleces (Triaenophorus nodulosus and T. crassus in the intestine of Esox lucius) and by cestodes bearing bothria (Eubothrium rugosum from the pyloric processes of Lota lota and Bothriocephalus gowkongensis from the intestine of carp) are described.
