Anchor, a New Zealand butter company, has developed a butter flavoured with black pepper or garlic and herbs. The product is packaged like a sausage and can be cut into slices and placed on meat dishes, such as steaks or chops, or it can be spread or piped on biscuits, or melted over vegetables to add flavour, or used in recipes.
