How non-formal education can help retain formal education enrollment levels

The subject of this article is non-formal education and how it can aid formal education in the formation and development of the human character. It is argued that a certain interdependency exists between formal and non-formal education and that a strategy of non-formal education could strengthen formal learning but also keep matriculations high and prevent school leaving.
