Human resources sector analysis

Human resources sector analysis

AID Research and Development Abstracts 10(1/2): p.38

The report analyzes formal, technical, tertiary and non-formal education in Sahelian countries in order to identify the human resources needed for the development of the region, and to thereby determine priority areas for AID support. The formal system of education at secondary and primary level is agriculturally irrelevant and encourages rural urban migration.
