Land tenure and rice production in four villages of Dacca District, Bangladesh

Paper, Agricultural Economics Department, International Rice Research Institute (82-25): 13

This paper examines data from a small sample of farm producers to determine whether there is evidence to support the view that modern technology is adopted differentially by tenant and owner farmers. Four villages were selected in Joydebpur subdivision, Dacca district, and data were collected from a sample of farmers on 110 farms of the villages during the aus season of 1981.
