Mycophenolic acid

IARC Scientific Publications (44): 385-398

Mycophenolic acid

The toxicity of mycophenolic acid, which can be produced in relatively large amounts by some strains of Penicillium roqueforti, is discussed, and a TLC method for determination in cheese is described.
