This very well illustrated review gives a full account of the present knowledge of the population dynamics, ecology, pathogenicity (alone and in association with fungi) of Radopholus similis, Helicotylenchus multicinctus, Meloidogyne spp., Pratylenchus coffeae and Rotylenchus reniformis as parasites of banana in Central and South America.
