Data are presented on annual litter production, aboveground mean annual net production and underground mean and current net production in 3 girth classes of 5 plantations (5-9 yr old). Current annual net production (CANP) was more than mean annual net production (MANP) in above- and under-ground parts. Aboveground MANP was significantly correlated (r = 0.96) with photosynthetic biomass, and aboveground CANP with biomass (r = 0.94).
