New Pleurotus cultivars: main cultural characteristics

Data are presented on the number of days to the first harvest, yields and average weight of P. ostreatus (several different strains), P. pulmonarius and P. columbinus grown at 12 deg or 20 deg C. With most cvs the highest early and total yields were obtained at 12 deg , but with P. pulmonarius 20 deg was preferable.
