Study of quality characters and physical properties in some varieties of processing tomato

Of six varieties from experimental fields in the Manisa area, tested for content of reducing sugars, total soluble solids, titratable acids, ascorbic acid, protein and mineral constituents, pH, fruit colour, number of fruits per kg and fruit dimensions, the best were C36, C33 and ES58.
