Study of rootstocks for 'Tahiti' lime (Citrus aurantifolia Tan.): Part VII: isoenzymatic characterization (2)

Proceedings of the International Society of Citriculture, 1981 Volume 1: 132-134

An electrophoresis analysis was made for peroxidase and esterase isozymes, from leaves of Tahiti lime on C. volkameriana, C. macrophylla, C. jambhiri, C. aurantium or C. reshni rootstocks. Peroxidase activity was also studied and the results obtained were compared by analysis of variance and Duncan's multiple range test. C. aurantium was the only rootstock that showed 2 peroxidase isozymes.
