Dissertation Abstracts International, B 41(10): 3646
Sulfur waste materials for calcareous soils acidulation
In greenhouse trials in 1979, 0, 250 or 500 p.p.m. P + 0 or 8000 p.p.m. S as cake, Foam or pure S were applied to Pima and Laveen soils containing 2 and 6% calcium carbonate, resp. After 8-wk incubation, tomatoes were grown for a further 6 wk followed by barley.
