Tests carried out in Brazil to determine the types of resistance to Schizaphis graminum (Rond.) possessed by certain genotypes of sorghum indicated that for EA-266 resistance was of the non-preference type, that IS-809 was tolerant of attack and also showed resistance of the antibiosis type and that PI-202178 and PI-302236 possessed all 3 types of resistance.
