Medicago sativa Advantage is a 305-clone synthetic with parentage tracing predominantly to Apollo, Vangard, Titan, Anchor, Weevlchek and Atlas. Advantage is similar to Saranac in autumn dormancy, and has resistance to Corynebacterium insidiosum (similar to Vernal) and Phytophthora megasperma (similar to Agate), and moderate resistance to Colletotrichum trifolii and Fusarium oxysporum.
