Agmatine coumaroyltransferase from barley seedlings

Agmatine coumaroyltransferase from barley seedlings was purified with 100-fold increase in specific activity and 65% yield. Its mol. wt. was 40 000 and it was shown to be specific for agmatine as the amine substrate.
