Grain yields of wheat Kalyan Sona grown with NPK were increased from 5.02 to 6.06-6.73 t/ha with zinc sulphate, copper sulphate or ferrous sulphate at 20 kg or borax at 15 kg/ha applied to the soil or as their 0.5, 0.3, 0.5 and 0.3% sol., resp., applied as a foliar spray; foliar application of Cu was the most effective, followed by soil application of Zn and foliar application of Fe.
